Wild Leap Brew Co. Offers World-Class Event Space

Wild Leap is brewing up much more than excellent craft beer in its new LaGrange facility. It’s destined to become one of the Southeast’s premiere event spaces.
The Wild Leap team wants their brewery not only to be a place where you’ll want to hang out, but also where you’ll want to celebrate your most memorable occasions. “One of our goals for this building was to turn it into something the whole community can use,” said co-founder Rob Goldstein. That means a space to hold holiday parties, corporate events, birthdays, meetings, wedding receptions, sales and team building events and more.
Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering for a small group of friends or a large party for thousands of people, the space at Wild Leap Brew Co. is flexible enough to make your guests feel welcome, no matter the size. The tap room offers a cozy event space complete with a private bar for parties of 300 or less. The main space in the brewhouse overlooks the state-of-the-art production facility and can hold a capacity of 300 inside. Then, the outdoor plaza area can be added to hold another 1,600 people – so total attendance could be well over 2,000. Or, you could reserve the outdoor plaza on its own to host a seated dinner for 600 in the moonlight.
Historical character of the old Westbrook building
The design of the restored building emphasizes the historical character and architectural features of the old Westbrook Service and Tire Company. It sports soaring ceilings, exposed brick, reclaimed wood and enough rustic, industrial chic to make a “Fixer Upper” fan swoon.
Catering Kitchen
Wild Leap will have a dedicated catering kitchen available with efficient prep space for staff. The team is happy to recommend an appropriate area caterer and even give you suggestions to help you create the themed event of your dreams. Reserving the outdoor plaza area also opens up the fun possibility of having food trucks at your event.
Private Tastings
Want to make a private tasting and tour part of your event? Or offer customized beer glasses to commemorate your gathering? Call and ask about ways to make your gathering even more unique. Plans are also in the works for Wild Leap to offer signature snacks if full-service catering isn’t right for your get-together.
An Amazing Sound System
Music is a passion of the Wild Leap team so the facility is being built with an amazing sound system that can accommodate all types of requests. Whether you’re hosting a banquet or having a band, the team knows that acoustics are important to the success of your event. There’s space for a DJ or a band to perform, or you can choose from streaming music playlists to match your party theme. There are also full audio/visual capabilities for guest speakers and their presentations. The outdoor plaza features a stage that’s perfect for concerts or movie screenings.
Wild Leap’s Rob Goldstein says, “In addition to being a large manufacturing facility, Wild Leap hopes to become a world-class event space.” As someone with a wealth of experience in event management and promotion, he has been instrumental in making sure the venue is a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone. It will be family friendly, dog friendly and wheelchair-accessible. It can also serve to provide a laid-back ambiance without alcohol for all-age gatherings.
Wild Leap’s convenient LaGrange location on the edge of downtown is ideally suited within easy proximity of lodging options at nearby hotels and resorts, area businesses and the Sweetland Amphitheatre for after-parties. Guests will find ample parking available, which includes room for tour buses, shuttle services and limos to park.
Openings are now available for fall 2017, holiday season bookings and beyond.
