Wild Leap Brew Co. Signature Beers Now Available In Six Packs
Wild Leap Brew Co., a LaGrange-based craft brewery, is proud to announce that its two signature beers are now available for purchase at area convenience stores, growler stores, package stores, Publix and Kroger stores.
“We’re excited to expand our reach,” said co-founder Rob Goldstein. “Our goal was always to make a more accessible craft beer. This is our way of bringing a bit of the brewery to the customer so they can take Wild Leap home with them.” Six-packs were released to stores in the following counties: Troup, Meriwether, Harris, Heard, Fayette and Coweta.
In a sea of ordinary cans, Wild Leap stands out above the rest with its easily identifiable, bright colors and clean design. The small batch craft beers are brewed and canned on site in LaGrange, GA. The community is always invited to watch Wild Leap in action as the beer comes off the state-of-the-art canning line. Brewery tours are available Thursdays through Sundays and include tastings, an overview of the brewing process and a free growler glass. In the blue and gold can labeled No. 1, you’ll discover Local Gold (5.4% ABV, 23.4 IBU). It’s a blonde ale that head brewer Chris Elliott describes as a “dry, crisp, light and refreshing” hybrid-style beer enjoyable anytime. It was the first beer the Wild Leap team ever produced. Always grateful for the support they’ve received, Local Gold was named in tribute to the locals of the brewery’s hometown of LaGrange.
Chance IPA (5.6% ABV 43.3 IBU) in the bold red and blue can is an easy-drinking, well-balanced beer with a hop blend of grapefruit, melon, strawberry and passionfruit that is meant to serve as an inspiration for those taking wild leaps of their own.
You can also find these varieties on draft at Wild Leap Brew Co. as well as great restaurants, taverns and more fine establishments throughout the region. New locations are coming onboard regularly so check the Beer Finder for updates.
It’s been an amazing year for Wild Leap, crossing off items on the “to-do” list like no one’s business. It was only a few months back that we told you about the first batch release of these two craft beers and the opening of Wild Leap Brew Co. The custom, American-made steel equipment and canning system was installed in late spring and the brewery’s grand opening was in fall. “I can’t think of a better way to cap off our first year,” said Rob. What’s on tap for 2018? “You can expect even more growth… some new varieties, new markets and always a few surprises. Stay tuned for updates,” he added.
