THE SEASONAL GREYHOUND
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz. Wild Leap Vodka
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup (Equal parts hot water and sugar, mix until dissolved)
- .5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 3-5 Raspberries
- 3 Mint Leaves
DIRECTIONS
Add simple syrup, raspberries and mint leaves to a shaker tin. Muddle until broken up. Add Wild Leap Vodka, grapefruit juice and ice to the shaker. Shake aggressively. Strain into glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water.

- Rocks glass
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice or raspberries
