Wild Leap Launches Summer Sweat Series

 

What’s the hottest way to get fit and get social this summer? Presented in conjunction with the expert instructors at Towne Fitness Club, Wild Leap will host four of the newest workout trends for you to try and meet some cool, active craft beer lovers at the same time. There’s lots of room to move and, of course, your motivation is right in front of you –your favorite Wild Leap craft beer.

“We want to support your goals of staying healthy,” said Anthony Rodriguez, co-owner. “This series is for everyone, from the fitness buffs looking to shake up their normal workouts to the newbies who’ve always wanted to try. Plus, you get a ‘taste’ of two great, local LaGrange businesses in one,” he added.

“We think of it as a new kind of happy hour… one with endorphins,” Anthony said.

If the best way to start a new routine is to make it fun, this is it. So come sweat it out and then enjoy a cold craft beer as your reward. Invite your friends and make new ones who share your goals.

Here’s what you need to know: Each class takes place on a Saturday at 11am. Admission is $10 and includes a complimentary cold beer from Wild Leap, or buy your all class pass for $40!

CLASS SCHEDULE:
May 12: Yoga – Strike a pose in yoga class, while enjoying a beer in class.
May 26: Tabata – Kick your Memorial Day weekend into high gear with some high-intensity Tabata training.
June 9: PiYo – Sculpt, strengthen and stretch with a low-impact, core-firming PiYo workout.
June 23: Cardio Dance Fitness – Join us for a cardio dance fitness workout so fun that you may forget you’re torching major calories.
