Three Harvest Fresh Hop Double IPA is our collaboration with Extreme Hops AL in nearby Auburn, Alabama. This beer is an off-season Double IPA that features hydroponically grown Cascade hops that were harvested just days before this ale was brewed.

WHAT ARE HYDROPONIC HOPS?
Hydroponic hops are grown in a controlled environment allowing perpetual production throughout the year, rather than a single harvest in traditional field grown conditions. Because the environment is closely monitored, nutrient and water efficiency are achieved along with hop flower quality.
