Three Harvest is our collaboration with Extreme Hops AL in Auburn, Alabama. This beer is an off-season Fresh Hop Double IPA that features hydroponically-grown Cascade hops harvested just days before this ale was brewed.
ABV: 8.2% Â IBU 38 Â SRM 3Â

WHAT ARE HYDROPONIC HOPS?
Hydroponic hops are grown in a controlled environment allowing perpetual production throughout the year, rather than a single harvest in traditional field grown conditions. Because the environment is closely monitored, nutrient and water efficiency are achieved along with hop flower quality.
