For our fourth Birthday Month celebration, we decided to brew some of our favorite beers and ingredients in a few small batch releases, available for a limited time in our taproom.
CRYO HOP – TRIAL BLEND BLUEBERRY

This beer features our favorite experimental hops to date in a soft, smooth Double NEIPA. We used YCH Cryo Pop and one of their newest experimental Cryo Hop Blends: Trial Blend Blueberry. Zero fruit, just notes of blueberry from the hops.

Hop Latte Cold Brew Double IPA features our favorite coffee blend, Partners in Crema, from Fountain City Coffee in Columbus, GA. We added this blend to a delicious, juicy Double IPA with milk sugar and vanilla bean.

OUR FAVORITE COFFEE BLEND
When we opened the brewery in 2017, we featured a fresh Coffee IPA in our taproom, and it was so popular that we continued to keep it on tap, using different beans from around the world. We discovered the unique, magical combination of coffee and IPA.

This beer features a rich stout that we put into select spirit barrels for 7 months to age to perfection.
